Patricia Clemmens has been painting all her life. From a young age she has always been very drawn to her natural surroundings and has grown to love translating that curiosity onto canvas through oil paints.
Living in Oro-Medonte Ontario with her supportive husband Brendan and 2 young boys Mitch and Joey. Patricia works from her home studio often into the late evening hours after her boys have been tucked into bed and her world as a Mom becomes quiet…she fills herself back up and finds her way back to herself through paint.
Patricia loves to explore the relationship of light and shadow and how the simplification of them play together to create a somewhat whimsical quality which adds to the overall contemporary feel of her work.
